Business
Our customers are not farmers. They are companies with supply-chain risk, governments responsible for food security, and capital looking for infrastructure. The same AgDome becomes four businesses depending on whom it meets.

Direct to consumerProduce from the same AgDome reaches consumers directly under AgUni's own wellness produce brand, Bucket Bag. The specification we supply to companies and the produce a consumer receives come from the same cultivation record. The first product is Harucho, a pesticide-free-certified functional chilli. bucketbag.store ↗See on Instagram

From cultivation to quality, delivery and traceability, operated to contract specification. Same active compounds batch to batch, fixed delivery dates, year-round repeat supply, auditable traceability data.
Beyond buying produce: a relationship in which the raw material you need is designed together and produced continuously. Crops we have grown ourselves at AgUni Valley — roses, Harucho (functional chili), purslane, chrysanthemum, centella, wasabi, aralia, medical cannabis — set the baseline, and everyday produce can be grown to the same operating standard. AgOS records everything from sowing to delivery; that record becomes your quality documentation.

Harucho · functional chili, in production
Functional food · wellness
Harucho is a functional chili variety grown under a cultivation licence to a fixed specification. Eaten fresh it is a salad chili, mild enough to be enjoyed whole; as a raw material its value is the capsinoid content, confirmed by an external laboratory on every lot, and the share of each harvest that ships exactly as contracted.
Pesticide-free certified · also sold to consumers as Bucket Bag · raw-material value assessment with a functional-ingredient partner under way

Rose · cosmetic raw material
Cosmetics · dermal actives
Roses for plant-based PDRN are grown by variety, to specification, with every batch traceable. Plant-derived PDRN is sold today, but where its effect comes from has not been settled — and no one can settle it without controlling the origin: the variety, the environment it grew in, and the record of each batch. That origin is what we build. It is larger than improving one raw material; it is holding the starting point of the evidence.

Wasabi · high-value crop
High-value · climate-sensitive
Wasabi tolerates very little: a narrow temperature band and clean water. Inside AgDome those conditions are set, not found — which is the point of growing it here.

Aralia · production beyond the season
Seasonal premium
In the open field aralia shoots are a few weeks of spring. In AgDome the harvest window is a parameter, so a seasonal premium becomes a scheduled supply.

Medical cannabis · licensed research
Research · regulated
Cultivated under an academic research licence and a regulatory sandbox for industrial hemp. A sealed, positive-pressure unit with every lot recorded is what regulated crops require.

Land, facility, operation and capital are allocated to fit the project. The partner holds the AgDome unit and land, earning long-term lease income and carbon-reduction outcomes.
AgUni provides the production infrastructure and operating system, and designs the structure that creates recurring operating income — construction, crop revenue share, AgOS licensing and verified data.
Governments · MDBs · DFIs · Climate and development funds
Food-security and climate-adaptation projects designed with operating income and performance data, so they do not end as one-off construction or grants. The first AgDome becomes the reference asset; its operating data calls the financing for the next unit.
Public capital lowers initial risk; real operating results bring in private capital. Food security, winter local production, restoration nurseries — national-scale problems solved in repeatable infrastructure units. Impact by Design →

Production facility, contracts, operating and verification data connected — so agricultural infrastructure becomes a unit that can be identified and valued.
A Digital Farming Right is a rights structure tied to real production and cash flow. It carries contract, yield, delivery and traceability data, and over time builds the possibility of a new agricultural infrastructure finance.
