AgUni Co., Ltd. ("the Company") protects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and publishes this policy to explain what we collect and why.

Inquiry and media-kit data are retained for two years after the purpose is fulfilled; subscription data until you unsubscribe (reply to any email or contact us) and deleted without delay on request, unless a longer period is required by law.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. The following processors support our operations: Notion Labs, Inc. (contact management), Resend, Inc. (email delivery), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and security). Their servers are located outside Korea; we manage them under processing agreements.
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time. Requests sent to the contact below are handled within 10 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access is limited to the minimum personnel, and access logs are kept.
