Global
Desert, tropics and extreme cold are different conditions. AgUni localizes infrastructure to each region's climate, energy, water, regulation and supply chain, and manages operation, quality and data as one standard through AgOS. We do not copy Korea's operating experience; we implement the same operating principles in a way that fits each region.
Standard first
Because the standard comes first, AgUni connects to different agendas — industry and capital at the World Economic Forum, SMEs and digital transformation at APEC and ASEAN, and water, land, drought and biodiversity at UNCCD. The stage changes; what AgUni brings is the same standard unit and the same evidence. UNCCD forms the three Rio Conventions with climate (UNFCCC) and biodiversity (CBD), and is the only one that covers water, land, drought and biodiversity — the whole foundation of agriculture. From the official session of the 2025 APEC SME Ministerial-week forum in Jeju and the ASEAN+3 Forum in Kuala Lumpur as Korea's speaker, to invitations to the WEF Summer Davos in Dalian and UNCCD COP17 in Ulaanbaatar in 2026, presenting the same model from the language of industry to the language of land is a rare asset for an agricultural company.
This track record is not a résumé; it is the key that opens projects. Infrastructure meets finance only when you speak the language and follow the procedures that governments, MDBs, DFIs and funds require — and that language is not limited to developing countries. Europe's CBAM and climate finance, the Gulf's water crisis and food-security funds, Mongolia's extreme cold and land degradation — in advanced economies and extreme climates alike, the same unit and the same evidence answer. Only the kind of capital differs; the standard of unit and evidence is the same.

Two full talks, compressed into fifty seconds. What we say in Dalian and in Ho Chi Minh City is the same thing we run in Hwaseong every day: a standard unit, operated on data, built to be copied.

AgDome cluster master plan (rendering). National projects localize this unit to regional conditions. So do the sources of capital — climate finance in Europe, sovereign food-security funds in the Gulf, green finance in Mongolia, concessional capital in Sierra Leone. AgUni translates those five languages with the same unit and the same evidence.
Every project is read through the same five questions — Context → Infrastructure → Business → Impact → Finance
| Context | Year-round raw-material demand vs. seasonal production · import dependence for high-value crops |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | 2 AgDomes + plant factory + nursery · AgOS control center |
| Business | Agricultural CDMO · visit program · operating reference |
| Impact | 30+ months of operating data · 70% energy saving · local employment |
| Finance | Own capital → operating track record → domestic infrastructure partnerships |
| Evidence | 30 months of operating data · 98.3% shipment rate · 70% energy |
| Context | Local production for CBAM · European climate-finance market |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | AgUni Europe GmbH · EU research and regulatory linkage |
| Business | CDMO · Horizon Europe joint research |
| Impact | Verification aligned to EU standards · European partner network |
| Finance | Green Innovation Network → EU funds → European CDMO contracts |
| Evidence | EU standards verification (EPD, ISO 14040/44 in progress) |
| Context | Climate vulnerability · food import dependence · rural income |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | AgDome + energy + AgOS national-scale cluster |
| Business | Production + off-take + local operator |
| Impact | Food resilience · agricultural income · jobs · climate outcomes |
| Finance | Public / concessional capital → operating evidence → blended / private capital |
| Evidence | Production, cash-flow and impact D-MRV |
| Context | Extreme winter · water and land constraints · land degradation |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Cold-climate AgDome · winter food + restoration nursery |
| Business | Locally owned reference asset · linked to national restoration pipeline |
| Impact | Winter vegetable self-sufficiency · restoration seedlings · local capacity |
| Finance | Green finance · local institutions → operating evidence → scale |
| Evidence | Cold-climate operating data · nursery supply record |
| Context | Water crisis · food import dependence · national food security policy |
|---|---|
| Infrastructure | Arid-climate AgDome (precision water and energy use) |
| Business | Project linked to national food security fund |
| Impact | Local agricultural self-reliance · water-use efficiency |
| Finance | National fund → demonstration → regional scale |
| Evidence | Water-use efficiency · demonstration data |
